Acupuncture is commonly used in the treatment of several confitions and symptom, such as :

Pain - headache, back, sciatica, joint pains, tendinitis...

Nose/Ear/Lung conditions - cold, cough, rhinitis, tinnitus, sinusitis...

Emotional conditions - stress, anxiety, depression...

The World Health Organisation published a report listing  the diseases, symptoms or conditions for which acupuncture has been proved—through controlled trials—to be an effective treatment.
